Misty Dawn Smith

Since 2003, Misty Dawn Smith has been bringing bespoke beauty services to Frisco, Tx and now surrounding areas. She started her journey in hair school, where she brought her childhood passion to life. From there she started training under her aunt Debbie Childers, who started her own permanent makeup school in 1993. Debbie had a vision to help others reach their dreams by educating them in such a lucrative and awarding field. Sadly, she was taken by cancer just short of her 19 years in business. Bella Permanent Makeup Institute was then passed down to her. Misty has taken Bella Permanent Makeup Institute and expanded it to much more than just teaching tattoo techniques because she realized this industry is so much more than just tattooing. That’s how Vip Pmu was created.  Misty has continued her education in both hair and permanent makeup through the years. She has over 30 certifications’, several from the world renowned Nouveau Contour. They are considered to be the world's leaders in micropigmentation (permanent makeup). Misty is now owner of The Salon M, Lebanon Rd, Frisco Texas.  She’s achieving her dreams by sharing her passion in the beauty world by educating others in the salon and the art of permanent makeup. She also enjoys giving back by providing Medical Micro-pigmentation to those that have survived cancer.

When Misty is not elevating everyone's beauty, she’s spending time with her family. Misty is a mother of four and three bonus children. Some of Misty's accomplishments are Ordained Minister, 15 Years of Dance, NASM Personal Training and Certified Nutrition, 30 certifation in Permant Makeup & Medical Micropigmentation. As well as licensed and certified in multiple states for Micropigmentation (Permanent Makeup) procedures and training.
